Michael Storrings creates Art that Celebrates. Whether on ornaments, home décor, or paper—through color, energy, and emotion—Michael’s work captures that special essence of seasons and cities.

Michael’s highly collectible city-themed Christmas tree ornaments are sold online and through select retail stores, including Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale’s, The Plaza Boutique, and Saks Fifth Avenue. They have been featured in Town & Country, Country Living, and Celebrate 365, and talked about on The Today Show and Martha Stewart Living Radio. He has also created ornaments for charities such as the ABC Foundation for Kathie Lee Gifford and The Good Dog Foundation for Candy Spelling.

Michael has licensed his work for ornaments, stationery, puzzles, snow globes, home accessories, and tins. He recently entered into a licensing partnership with Balsam Hill® creating Christmas products sold worldwide which range from ornaments and snow globes to a LED Christmas Wall hanging. Prints of his work are available at select retailers.

Michael has published a wide variety of books notably A Very New York Christmas, The 12 Days of Christmas in New York, New York in Four Seasons, and Seasons of New York Coloring Book. He has created exclusive book editions for Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and a nationwide ornament campaign and book for Bloomingdales called A Magical Night Before Christmas. He illustrated The Three Gifts for Kathie Lee Gifford and The Christmas Journey for New York Times bestselling author Donna Van Liere.

Michael Storrings is currently a Creative Director at St. Martin’s Press (Macmillan), where he has designed book jackets for New York Times bestselling authors like Kristin Hannah, Mary Kay Andrews, Jackie Collins, Emily Giffin, Bernie Sanders, Bob Harper, the Kardashians, Daisy Goodwin, Ian K. Smith, Jeffrey Archer, Tatiana de Rosnay, and Lisa Scottoline. Michael has won awards from the American Institute of Graphic Artists, the Art Directors Club, the Society of Illustrators, Print Magazine, and the New York Book Show.
